3,454 start-ups in Italy since the Star-Up Act come into force on 2013. 142 are located in Marche Region. 57.9% of them are in still in red balance, in while 48 thousand Euro is the medium of their capitalization. Only 9 have assets over 1 mlion of Euro (they are located between Milan and Bologna area). Enterprises: 10 billion of euro to SMEs for growth and innovation

It is the plafond amount costituted by Intesa Sanpaolo Bank and Small Industry Enterpreunership Italian Association (Confindustria Piccola Industria) for Italian SMEs. The objective is to foster the access to the bank credit and the growth of these enterprises. This amount will be add to the former 35 billion already committed in the previous years and addressed to finanze research and development projects and for internationalisation project as well.
